We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday on the same day and other orders on the following day. Dispatch times are subject to stock. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be dispatched on the next working day. Please allow additional time for remote destinations (including Scottish Highlands). Occasionally security checks by card issuers may delay dispatch.
All larger and higher value items are sent using a fully tracked courier service. Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class post and will usually arrive the day after dispatch, though this may vary. Please allow up to a maximum of seven days for delivery of any small item sent via Royal Mail.
